Return Process

  Log into your Ultra Merchandise account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print the Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and drop off the box at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our quality control team inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
